comfortability in their stays.
Business model (working as an LTD)
Customers: contractors, focusing on the problem their businesses may have in not being
able to find a good location (distance from job) with also good quality for their employees
to ensure their motivation is kept in their work they do. They choose us as we can provide
quality and location. We also believe as a team that the time workers spend in their off
time may be equally as important as the work they do in the field. When people are working
away it’s important the comfortability and quality of their time outside of working is met
otherwise their motivation to do the work they’re there for may be at risk.
Value: we offer impeccable housing aligned with good prices, making it better as for what
we offer; the pricing is far better than competitors in traditional Airbnb's for example as we
also consider highly the importance of welfare for contractors. We matter to customers in
